Database installation

·         Install “SQLEXPRADV_x86/x64_ENU_2008”

Installation of Features

·         Install ASP.NET 4.5 & WCF Service All components

·        

Installation of Email Service

1.      Install Email Service and put update for the mail service on C:\Bitplus\Email Service

2.      Register bt

PayMaster Publish Steps:

Application

Create folder in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ PayMaster

Copy paymaster updates ie Paymaster, Payrollservice, payslipservice, Paymasterreport

 (make sure when you are hosting a paymaster in system then you need below mention things

1) connection Folder

2) payslip Service Web.config

3) payroll Calculation Service web.config)

• Host PayMaster in IIS. Go to Start>>Inetmgr>>sites>>right click add website>>Put Site Name and select Application Pool

• Host PayrollService in IIS. Go to Start>>Inetmgr>>sites>>right click add website

• Host PaySlipService in IIS. Go to Start>>Inetmgr>>sites>>right click add website

Note: Create New Application while hosting. Select .Net v4.5 Application Pool.

Database

• Create empty Paymaster_Meta_Data database.
• Run "PayMaster Meta Data Script.sql" file in Paymaster Meta Data database.

• Create empty Paymaster database.
• Run "PayMaster Table Script.sql" file in Paymaster database.
• Run "PayMaster Views SP Function Script.sql" file in Paymaster database.

Reports

• Open (Report Solution) PayMasterReport.sln under C:\inetpub\PayMasterReport Folder\ PayMasterReport.sln

• Select DataSource1.rds File.
• Right Click on it and click Open.

• Click on Edit button.

• Set Sql Server Name.
• Set authentication mode : Windows or Sql Server
• If Sql Server, Set User Name and Password.
• Select PayMaster Database. (i.e. Recently created database)
• Click Ok.

• Click on Credentials Tab.
• Select “Use This user name and password”
• Set User name and Password of PayMaster Database.
• Click Ok.

• Select PayMasterReport Solution.
• Right Click on it and go to Properties.

• Set TargetDataSourceFolder = “Data Sources” or If there is already any data source folder exist on Report Server then enter its name.
• Set TargetReportFolder = “PayMasterReport”.
• Set TargetServerUrl.

To Get TargetServerUrl follow Below Steps:

• Open Reporting Service Configuration Manager.
• Connect to Database.
• Go to Web Service Url Tab.

• Copy Urls Link.
• Paste this Link in TargetServerUrl.
• Set TargetServerVersion = SQL Server 2008
• Click Ok. Server/pc restart may be required
• Right Click on PayMasterReport Solution and Click on Deploy.
• Enter User name and Password if prompts for it.

Configuration

• Run PayMaster application. (make sure when you are hosting a paymaster in system then you need below mention things

1) connection Folder

2) payslip Service Web.config

3) payroll Calculation Service web.config)

• Go to /Configuration page.( localhost:8080/configuration)
• Add user name and password which will authenticate for the settings page by default it should be User Name : admin , Password : admin.
• If Valid user name and password a Configuration settings page will open.
• Fill all the settings with proper values and save.
• Give rights to everyone on connection folder and web.config files

Done. All the processes are performed. Now Create new company and Login.
