It is usually advisable to always refresh your ipaddress

>>Open Comand Prompt
>>type “ipconfig/release”
>>Press Enter
>>Type “ipconfig/renew”
>>Press Enter

>>Go to the System Tray
>>Right Click on Networking Icon
>>Click on Open Network and sharing center
>>Click on The Respective Network Properties box
>>Re-Assign IPAddress
Automatically Save
>>Assign IPAddress Automatically again
NB:It only happens if ipaddress is assigned automatically
