this is usually a  Domain Naming Server creating problem

Solutions

1.Open the Command Prompt
2. Enter the following commands Step by Step

• ipconfig/release
• ipconfig/renew
• ipconfig/flushdns
• netsh  int ip set dns
• netsh winsock reset

3.Close the browser and then open

4. Sometimes it may require restarting of the pc
