This is a Common error experienced in web application and it usually caused by the following

Support Scenario 1: Poor database connection

When there is a slow connection to the database kindly check on the Performance of the Network and Database Management System

Check your network connection if you are using Client server set up

Support Scenario 2:Non Installation of the Database Engine

This is common problem when you cannot import data into the ASP Application

Check if the access database engine is installed and install it.
