1. How do you work on absent?

3. What kind of other allowances are paid to the employees? List them down with their calculation methods.

4. What kinds of deductions are available? List them down with their calculation methods.

5. How the housing is calculated for various staff members?

6. Do you pay salaries in currencies or the local currency?

7. What kind of benefits are given to employees?

 

8. Do you have Pension, Provident Fund, HOSP Schemes?  If yes, how is your calculation method? (e.g. )

11. Is there any different method for tax calculation?

21. How do you process various advances during a month? E.g. Mid Month Advances, Any other Advances, etc
22. Can Employee take same type of Advance in a month multiple times? If Yes then do you want to keep records on when he took the advance each time?
23. How many types of saving schemes are being managed?

24. Provide a list of  Opening Balances  for Pension, PF, Relief, etc…

25. What kind of reports are being generated from current manual or Automated systems? Provide sample list of each of them.

26. Do you transfer Salaries to Bank Accounts directly or Is paid through Cheque or Cash?
1. Incase transferring to bank through online transfer, provide a Format for Bank transfer.
2. Incase of Cheque printing provide format.
3. Incase of Cash, do you want to print labels? If yes, provide samples.
27. Are you submitting your PAYE, NHIF online? Do you know how the process is done or you requires to be trained for the same?
