There are several errors which can be encountered when
posting batches from the RMS to the QuickBooks these errors can be due to
(a)Wrong Mapping of
GL Accounts
Go to the RMS and Make sure the GLs are Mapped Correctly
under Assign GL Accounts
(b)Suppliers not
available in the QuickBooks Supplier Center
Check on the List of Suppliers on RMS Supplier List Report
and Make Sure they Tally With Supplier List in QuickBooks ,If they are not Make
Sure you Export the Supplier List to Excel in RMS,then Compare the Supplier List in QuickBooks also in Excel, Then ,Under
Add Multiple Supplier in QuickBooks Copy From Excel the suppliers who are not
available
(c)QuickBooks is not
Running
Make sure the QuickBooks is on and Running
(d)Deactivation of
Integrated Applications in QuickBooks
Make sure the integrated application has been chosen and
made active under Edit, the preferences, then go to Integrated Applications
then under company preferences make it Active
